AT AIRPORTS
- Checked in baggage may not reach to final destination.
- Airport transit time too long.
- No proper facilities at Jeddah Airport.
- Long waiting time at Hajj Terminal.
- Long delay at Jeddah Airport for departure.
IN FLIGHT
- Service in flight may not good enough.
- Seats may not properly assigned.
- Restroom/Toilet may not enough.
- May not water in the toilets.
- Toilets out of order or may not clean.
IN HOTEL
- Reception and Porter services may not be as good.
- Many times reception clerks do not speak your language.
- Elevator service slow or overcrowded.
- Phone service may not available in your room.
- Rooms may congested and room service not good.
- Bed linen may not clean and not changed daily.
- Restaurant too crowded and/or may not clean.
- Crockery & cutlery may not be sufficient or clean.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
- Makah to Medina or vice versa.
- Makkah to Mina, to Arafat, to Muzdalifah to Mina.
- Waiting period for transportation too long.
- Luggage may not loaded or loaded on a wrong bus.
- Luggage damaged during transportation.
- May not be enough space for your hand carry.
- No toilet facilities available on buses.
- Buses service very slow, smoky and tiring.
- Last Day when departure from Saudi Arabia.
In Rituals & Worship
- First Umrah
- Muzdalifah Night
- Jamarat
- Tawaf-e-Hajj and Sa’iy
- Tawaf-e-Wida
In Mina/Arafat/Muzdalifah
- Tents overcrowded and No space for hand carries.
- Long waiting lines, Toilets not clean, no paper rolls.
- Showers are installed on the top of toilet seat.
- No paper towel, Soap or hook for hanging clothes in toilet.
- Sometime many changes in the program at departure times.
- Delay in arrival in Mina/Arafat/Muzdalifah.
- Transportation from Mina to Makkah not available (for Tawaf Ziarah & Wida)
- Tea/coffee may not be available in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah.
