HAJJ PACKAGE

Normally all Hajj Group and Travel Agents explain what is include in Hajj Package or you can check their website. This page is covering information what is not normally included in Hajj Package.
 

NOT include in Hajj packages:

• Tips for bus/taxi drivers or porters.
• Laundry charge, Room Service (food & beverages).
• Telephone, FAX, or E-Mail services charge.
• No refund for any missed or not utilized service.
• Personal guests are not allowed to stay in hotel room.
• Guest meal not covered and will be charges.
• Haji is responsible for missing family members.
• Haji is responsible for the claim of his lost baggage or belonging.
• Your travel agent and group leader are not responsible for any claims.
• Passenger is responsible for overweight or excess baggage charges.
• Re-routing and ticket date change is not permissible.
• Haji is responsible to pay penalty or purchase of new ticket for missed flight.
• Transportation between Mina and Makkah during stay in Mina.
• Expenses incurred due to hospitalization or in case of Death.
